DAV College Rotaract Club Installation

On 10 September 2018, Rotaract Club of DAV College held its annual installation ceremony. Outgoing President Arisha Kharb gave a presentation on the projects done during her term. Incoming President Bhupinder Rana and his team were then collared and pinned with their respective badges.

The installation ceremony was followed by a western dances presentation and melodious singing by the Rotaractors. The event ended with a power packed and very energetic Bhangra performance.

District Governor Parveen C. Goel was the Chief Guest. President A.P. Singh was the Guest of Honour.

Installation of new team of Interact Club Guru Harkrishan Public School

On 31 August 2018, the Interact Club of Sri Guru Harkrishan Sr. Sec. Public School, Sector 40–C, Chandigarh, organized the Installation Ceremony for the year 2018-19.

The ceremony commenced with National Anthem, and was followed by welcome address by the Principal, Mrs. Pritinder Kaur. The school choir presented shabad, Deh Shiva Bar Mohe Ahe, thereafter. A report on the club’s activities and achievements during 2017-18 was presented by Akrita Singh, the outgoing President. The new President, Gurbani Singh, introduced her team and promised to achieve excellence in accomplishing proposed activities in the new session.

President A.P.S. Dhiman congratulated the Interactors and encouraged them to push their energy beyond any limitations to serve humanity globally.

Installation of Rotaract Club Chandigarh 

rotaract-chd-install-01Praythar, the installation ceremony of Rotaract Club Chandigarh, was held on 14 August 2018. DG Parveen Goyal was the Chief Guest and President A.P Singh was the Guest of Honour.

The ceremony commenced with National Anthem ,followed by lighting up of lamp. The previous year’s team showcased its work, which was followed by Collaring of Rtr. Ravneet Dhaliwal as the new President.

President A.P Singh , Rtn Baldev Aggarwal and DG Parveen Goyal extended a supporting hand to the President and her team.

 

Interact Club St John’s Installation

On 1 August 2018, the new cabinet of the Interact Club of St. John’s High School was installed. President A.P. Singh, along with few of the Club members graced the event.

The ceremony began with a prayer to the Almighty, followed by a
hymn and lighting of the lamp. The outgoing Secretary, Yuvraj Dhananjaya, thanked the previous year’s cabinet for the extraordinary work done and handed the torch over to the new office-bearers.  Incoming president, Shaurya Mahajan, put forth the club’s goals for 2018-19.

The programme ended with a “nukkar natak” on the prevalent social issue of alcoholism and addiction.

Interact Club AKSIPS 41 Investiture Ceremony

The Investiture Ceremony of the Interact Club of AKSIPS 41 Smart School was organised in the school premises on 31 July 2018.

The programme began with the  motivational song “Aashayein”, presented by the school choir.

The newly elected office bearers of the Interact Club were presented with the collar and the collar pins by the President A. P. Singh Dhiman. The outgoing President of the Interact Club, Naman Ahuja, showcased the achievements and the innumerable projects undertaken by the Club  in year 2017-18, which  included visits to old age homes and  orphanages, cleanliness drives and anti-cracker rally.

The team 2018-19 is: President – Rohan Sharma; Vice President – Parikshit; Secretary – Himanshu Gupta; Joint Secretary – Tanisha; Treasurer – Aditi; Sergeant-at-Arms – Avleen; Directors – Aviraj, Ankit, Arshdeep K, Gurbir K.

Installation of Interact Club Bhawan Vidyalaya

interact-bhawan-IMG_8146On 19 July 2019, the Interact Club of Bhavan Vidyalaya, Chandigarh organised its Installation Ceremony for the office bearers. President A.P Singh was the Chief Guest of the Ceremony. The other distinguished guests who graced the occasion were PRIP R.K. Saboo and PDG Madhukar Malhotra.

The new office bearers, led by the incumbent President Charvi Koul, were presented with the collar and the collar pins by President A. P. Singh and Sr. Principal, Mrs. Vineeta Arora.

A poem on the plight of our river Ganga, which is struggling with the rising levels of pollution, was presented by Aryaman Mohan of class X. A mesmerizing Bharat Natyam performance by Saumya and Sanya of class XI was much appreciated by the audience. The school Choir rendered a riveting song performance and the whole environment reverberated with the spirit of nationalism and solidarity.
